  1. Someone once told me, to picture one pound of fat, and then when you feel like gee, I only lost 1 pound, it will turn your thoughts around to how much that really is!! And although your second month hasn't been as good as your first in losing, that's ok and probably normal! I've heard the slower you lose weight, the more likely it is to stay off, not sure if that's true, but I'll take it. :) Here is what really helped me lose weight- logging what I eat (if not calories, just writing down what I ate)- that is what kept me accountable. Also, when I go out to eat, I try to find a place that has the menu online as well at nutritional info- that way I make my decision BEFORE I go, and I stick to it. I've found so many choices I thought were healthy before were not so much so. :( You are totally right in thinking each day is a new day, don't waste any time getting down for bad choices, I make them all the time, but the next day when I do better, it makes up for it. It honestly has taken me a few years in completely changing my eating habits, small steps can lead to big progress. Keep at it, you're doing amazing!!

    1. Thank you so much for your support Theresa:) I was keeping track of my calories (the Shaklee program offers an app for that), and after doing the video I decided I would start doing it again today.

      Got on the scale today and somehow four pounds had vanished... I swear my body is playing jokes on me:) But I will take it!
