WATER SAFETY DAY BRINGS FUN AND IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTION TO FAMILIES
Goldfish Swim School and Safer 3 Water Safety Foundation teach families about the importance of water safety
Goldfish Swim School, in partnership with Safer 3 Water Safety Foundation, will host Water Safety Day, a community event focused on teaching how to have fun, be safe and reduce drowning risk around water as pool and beach season approaches.
Goldfish Swim School is committed to teaching children and parents how to enjoy being around the water while raising awareness of safety issues and important preventative measures. Water Safety Day will help parents and children recognize risks, implement strategies to reduce risks and maintain those strategies throughout the year.
This event is open to the public with activities varying depending on location. Some activities include:
- Water safety tips from Goldfish and safety professionals
- Family swimming with certified life-guards on duty
- Fire trucks and rescue personnel
- Bounce house
- Face painter
- Snacks, games and fun
