Berry Cobbler Smoothie

Shaklee180™ Sponsored Blog Post

So, here's the deal, I have been doing okay this month.  Not great, but okay.  I have been maintaining and hovering between 245 and 250 pounds for quite some time.  It is a little frustrating to be quite honest.  But, I need to take my own advice and start keeping track of calories once again and cutting down on the snacking at night.

It's that darn TV I tell you, I think it is subliminal.  I think it is telling me "EAT, EAT, EAT".  I'm not even hungry, I think part of it is I'm not as engaged watching TV.

Anywho, I wanted to share this awesome smoothee recipe.  One of my new favorites:

Berry Cobbler Smoothie

6 oz water
2 scoops vanilla Shaklee 180™ mix (~180 calories)
Blend well
1/8 cup oatmeal (~18 calories)
1 tablespoon light brown sugar (~45 calories)
1 teaspoon cinnamon (~6 calories)
1 container of blackberry yogurt (Kroger Carbmaster is only 60 calories)
Blend well again
1/2 cup blueberries (frozen) (~40 calories)
ice if necessary
Blend well and enjoy
Total ~ 349 calories

  1. First off the smoothee looks and sounds amazing! YUM! Secondly, don't give up and give yourself some credit for not giving up. Tell me what I can do to help!?
