Giulio & Sons Restaurant #sp

Giulio & Sons Restaurant is located in the Adoba Hotel in Dearborn, on the second floor.  This stunning hotel is located at 600 Town Center Drive in Dearborn (near the Fairlane Shopping Center).

The Adoba Hotel features the architectural style of Charles Luckman, is environmentally friendly and overlooks the Ford World Headquarters and the Henry Ford Museum.

I was invited as a guest of Giulio & Sons Restaurant to enjoy dinner last Wednesday with other fellow Metro Detroit Bloggers.

Chef Gabriel Vera personally came in to greet us and tell us a little bit about Giulio & Sons.  During the meal he came to explain each course and ensured that the meals were to our satisfaction.

The restaurant strives to find the freshest organic ingredients to create their Italian inspired menu.

The garlic bread was the first food to arrive at the table.  The recipe is 25 years old, tried and true.  Simply fantastic!

The appetizer was composed of fresh mozzarella, organic mixed greens and a bit of cantaloupe.  The dish was divine.  The flavors were perfectly blended.  Each course was a work of art, in both presentation and taste.

The main course consisted of Pan Roasted Chilean Sea Bass & Scallop Duo with Peruvian slaw, crunchy salsify, creamy spinach, glazed vegetables in a ginger cream sauce.  Each bite was wonderfully savory.

Finally, the chocolate dessert trio.  A decadent chocolate cake with raspberry topping, white chocolate mousse and a chocolate truffle.  The line of paprika along the plate threw me for a loop, but added a great visual element as well as and interesting taste to the desserts.

The service we received while dining at Giulio & Sons Restaurant was top notch.  My water glass never got below half full, plates were cleared in a timely manner, everyone was more than cheerful and everything was wonderful.  I highly recommend Giulio & Sons to my fans.

I was invited to enjoy dinner at Giulio & Sons Restaurant in exchange for this promotional post.  All opinions are my own.  Your experience may differ.
