Summer is Fun in Downtown Rochester

Nothing says summer in Downtown Rochester quite like Sidewalk Sales and the kick-off for Downtown Rochester’s Movies in the Moonlight series.  Back for its 59th Year, Sidewalk Sales will kick-off on Thursday, July 10 and the 13th season of Movies in the Moonlight kicks off on Saturday, July 12.

“I can’t think of a better way for families to spend their summer weekends”, said Stephanie Hellebuyck, Events Coordinator of the Rochester Downtown Development Authority.  “Both Sidewalk Sales and Movies in the Moonlight are community staples of Downtown Rochester!  Year, after year, so many enjoy shopping and dining downtown, as well as the family friendly aspect both events have to offer.”

Sidewalk Sales will run Thursday, July 10 and Friday, July 11 from 10:00am – 9:00pm and Saturday, July 12 from 10:00am – 6:00pm.  Come check out the awesome assembly and bargains of downtown Rochester merchants. Sidewalk Sale displays will be located along Main Street and side streets in Downtown Rochester.  As always there will be fun for all ages.  See schedule below. Sidewalk Sales is presented by Buffalo Wild Wings, Renewal by Anderson and Rochester Hills Spine Care.
