Beat the Scientist Kids Day at Punch Bowl Social w MI Science Center

Punch Bowl Social (1331 Broadway St) is partnering with the Michigan Science Center for a fantastic, hands-on afternoon of games and science experiments on Sunday, February 28th, from 12 to 4 p.m. Beat the Scientist is a spin-off of the Center’s current exhibit, Toytopia, an interactive experience focused on learning through play and the science of discovery. Scientists from the Center will be on-site at Punch Bowl Social to share games with kids while explaining the science behind each. Talk about science in action.

To round out the kid-friendly angle, Punch Bowl Social’s culinary team has created a special menu for the occasion (the full menu will be available as well):
House Made Cheesy Beef Ravioli
, $7
Mini Dogs in a Blanket (mini hot dogs in puff pastry and American cheese), $7
Battered and deep fried cheese curds served with ranch and marinara, $5

There’s even a foamy, frothy, mad-scientist-worthy Evil Minion Purple Punch that is perfect for families.
