A couple of days ago I have the opportunity to hang out with some of my favorite peeps and enjoy a complimentary meal from Brome Burgers in Dearborn. All opinions are genuine and my own, your experience may differ.
Brome Burgers is a fast casual restaurant located on Michigan Road in Dearborn, located just minutes from The Henry Ford and Greenfield Village.
What makes Brome Burgers different? Well first the food was great. I ordered The Mex burger which while it had a little heat, it was delicious. It was made with Corn Salsa, Cheddar-Jack Cheese Sauce, Pickled Jalapeno, Avocado and Chipotle Mayo. The sweet potato fries were cooked perfectly and had great flavor. There were many side options on the menu and I am looking forward to going back and trying them all.
I also tried the limited time marshmallow hand spun shake. It had rice krispie treats in it. Super yummy!
Secondly is Brome Burgers commitment to quality and their impact on the environment. From their website:
We pledge fresh meat that goes into our burgers. We pledge 100% organic beef that only comes from grass-fed cows that lead comfortable lives. We pledge ingredients that are NON GMO certified so that what mother nature intended, is all that goes into our bodies. We pledge sustainable business practices that increase efficiency and reduce waste.
The tables, benches and shelves are all make from reclaimed wood, they recycle their bottles, they grow herb and spices in their store that can be used in their recipes and the plants along the wall above are fed and watered using a system that has a minimal impact on the environment and uses very little water.
Brome Burgers also has a nice patio space, perfect for enjoying your dinner (or lunch) when the weather cooperates.
All in all it was a great experience and I will be bringing my family back soon so they can try it out too.
