1 lb. chicken cut into bite-size pieces for stir-fry
salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 lb. broccoli cut into bite-size pieces
1/2 lb. sugar snap peas
1/2 cup Soy Vay® Hoisin Garlic sauce
1 pack of Quinoa & Brown Rice - ready in 90 seconds
Add the chicken, and cook until browned and cooked all the way through. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Drain the chicken and set aside.
Place the broccoli and snow peas with 2 tablespoons of water in the pan and cook until crisp-tender.
Drain vegetables and return chicken and veggies to the pan.
Add the sauce and toss to coat. Cook for about 1 minute.
Prepare Quinoa & Brown Rice as directed.
Serve the stir-fry over the rice.
