Nawgum - review and giveaway {ends 12/12/13}

Teething is so different for each child.  Carlyn is my third child and just when I think I have everything figured out, she has to be different!  This holds true with teething.  I do not remember either of my other children having any difficulty or pain associated with teething, but the past few weeks have been a bear since Carlyn is getting in all four of her eye-teeth.

We have the amber necklace which helps, but she is going through some serious teething right now.  I was thrilled when Michigan based company Mello & Co. asked me to have Carlyn try out Nawgum.  Nawgum contains four sections that are designed to sooth the gums of children from birth to twenty four months. The Nawgum teether is designed to manage all areas of the mouth, and during all three stages of baby’s oral development: gumming, front and side teeth, and back molars.

 After consulting dentists, orthodontist and pediatricians and studying the first two years of growth in a child's mouth, creator Sue Kellogg perfected the Nawgum design.  It is BPA free, dishwasher safe (top rack), non toxic and USA MADE.  It is also made of food grade silicone and CPSC compliant.  I love that you can freeze or boil the Nawgum to provide warm or cool soothing to your child's gums.

So, what did Carlyn think?  We have had the Nawgum for a week and this is her go to teether.  She uses it several times a day and chooses it over her other teething toys.  She especially likes the arms on the sides that simulate teething on fingers.
