Sky Zone Taylor

23261 EUREKA RD. | TAYLOR, MI 48180 |  734-225-2233 |  MAPS
My family received free admission to Sky Zone in Taylor in exchange for this promotional post.  All opinions are my own.  Your experience may vary.

Sky Zone in Taylor just opened last week.  This is a great place for young kids and teens to visit and burn off some energy.

Upon arrival you will be asked to fill out a waiver if you don't already have on on file.  You can save time by filling out your waiver online before you arrive.  Just click "ONLINE WAIVER" on their website.  If not, simply fill out your waiver at the computer station right by the entrance.

The next step is to pay. Prices and hours are listed on the website. SkySocks are required for all jumpers and parents who wish to enter the courts. If you are a parent of a young child you can get a parent pass for free that allows you to enter the courts to assist your child. If you want to jump too you will need to purchase a jump pass too:)

A bit on deciding how long to play.  I found that with my 2 year old that 60 minutes was perfect, however my 5 year old wanted to stay and play a bit longer.   I suggest a shorter time for younger guests and longer for older guests.

Sky Zone asks their guests to sit through a presentation about safety and rules to begin your jump experience.  Cubbies and lockers are available to store your belongings.

Sky Zone Taylor offers 2 Dodge Ball Courts, open jump, Foam Zone with three jumping stations, and SkySlam (basketball) with three stations. Concessions and video games are also available.

The open jump area provides participants with plenty of space to jump and fly through the 3D trampoline field.   Trampolines on the walls provides a truly unique experience.

What I loved about our experience:
The staff members are very friendly and are trained in management without the use of whistles.
The facility was super clean.
Multiple dodge ball courts allows for versatility of use, whether they are used for younger jumping, fitness classes, programs, or breaking up the dodge ball games based on ability.

What I wasn't thrilled about:
You can't jump with your little one because the zones are based on size, so adults may not jump on the same trampoline or even next to their little ones.  If you are going with a child that will need constant supervision, don't bother with a jump pass.
I wasn't quite sure how Carlyn would be able to navigate out of the foam pit, and I was told I would not allowed to help her out and the employees would not either.... UM OKAY!  So we skipped it even though I knew she would have loved it.
