FunLand in Canton Review (closed)

This Location is now CLOSED!

A few months ago a new indoor play place opened in Canton.  We were so excited to visit FunlandRecently we had a day to ourselves and we invited a friend to meet us there for a  few hours.  We have been to Funland a handful of times before this and my review is consistent with the other times we have visited Funland.

Upon arrival, you pay at the counter and sign  your kids on a list.  There is no other marking of your kids to ensure they leave with you.  (ie: like Chucky Cheese does)  I personally don’t find this to be an issue, but some parents like that aspect of indoor play options.

Funland was very quiet for a Thursday afternoon.  In fact, each time we’ve been there there has never been more than 10 families there. It offers a few couches for parents to sit on, and chairs along the window wall in the small child area.  The play equipment is new and in good shape.  The play structure has a slide that ends up into  a large ball pit.  The downfall to the ball pit is that each time we have been to Funland, the balls are scattered everywhere.  I have yet to seen an employee pick up or clean an item while we have been on premises.   The hit of Funland would be their ball merry-go-round thing.  The kids love hopping on the ball and riding it around.  There are two trampolines available, games to play, and even a swing in the play structure.

Funland has a great menu of food to order at a good price.  My girls and I generally share a chicken strip meal and there is enough food for all three of us to eat.  They have a great assortment of ice cream as well.

My girls enjoy Funland and always have a good time there with friends. Although Funland is a bit on the messy side (not dirty) we will likely play at Funland again.
