Noodles & Company New Spicy Korean Beef Noodles

Last week I had the pleasure of attending another Noodles tasting event with a few of my blogger friends, courtesy of Noodles & Company.  Most of the items I was familiar with but they have introduced a new dish,  NEW Spicy Korean Beef Noodles.  This bowl features naturally raised steak, which is hormone & antibiotic free and the cattle is fed a vegetarian diet.  The Spicy Korean Beef Noodles are served on a bed of ramen noodles topped with a sweet and spicy Korean-style Gochujang sauce, naturally raised steak, Napa and red cabbage, Asian sprouts and spinach, finished with cucumber, green onions and cilantro. 

As with all items on their menu the Spicy Korean Beef Noodles are made-to-order.  You can modify the dish by removing or adding any items and substituting to suit your dietary needs or preferences.  Gluten free fusilli noodles are available to trade for the ramen.  
We had the opportunity to taste just about the whole menu.  But by far my favorites were:
Pad Thai, Wisconsin Mac and Cheese and the Spicy Korean Beef Noodles.
