Transition to Kindergarten 
This workshop is for families with young children (birth through age six) who are getting ready to think about kindergarten. 
* How can I best include my child's strengths and needs in the IEP? 
* How do I build a communication plan with my child's teacher? 
* What kinds of supports and services are possible in kindergarten? 

Who should attend? Families of young children/preschoolers with disabilities/learning challenges, school staff, community members, and organizations.
