Three days ago I hit my limit and decided it was time to count calories again. I’m just not able to lose (or even maintain) a healthy weight if I don’t. So, armed with My Fitness Pal and a ton of fresh fruits and veggies, I’m on a mission to lose 100 pounds.
Today’s salad was super yummy, hope you like it too:

2 cups spring salad mix (16)
1 hard boiled egg (70)
1/3 cup dried cranberries (120)
1 cup cucumber (16)
1 serving feta cheese (80)
2 tbs Kens Lite Greek Dressing. (70)
