Briarwood Mall, a Simon mall, is proud to host the 9th Annual Lucy Ann Lance Hometown Christmas Show on December 9 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The favorite holiday tradition will feature live musical performances and plenty of holiday cheer!

This year’s acts will include Three Men and a Tenor, voted Michigan’s “Best Entertainment” and opened shows for Jay Leno and The Beach Boys; St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Choir Handbell Choir made up of middle school through adult performers, and will wow the audience with a 1600s tradition; and Dodworth Duo, who will give the audience a taste of the past by performing music from the 19th century.

Also performing will be the Saline Variety Blues.  The show choir will entertain audiences with performances from their holiday show, Lights Camera Christmas.

University of Michigan Professor and cellist, Anthony Elliot and his students will finish out the lineup. Elliot has performed with the New York Philharmonic and the Detroit Symphony. The show will be in the JC Penney wing. For more information visit the event home page.

“Nothing gets us in the holiday spirit quite like the Lucy Ann Lance Hometown Christmas Show,” said Denise Murray, director of marketing and business development at Briarwood Mall. “We are thrilled to once again offer this beloved tradition to our shoppers.”

While at the center, guests are encouraged to stop by the Von Maur Court for a treasured visit with Santa, who will be greeting local children and their families through December 24. To save time and avoid the line, click here to reserve your appointment time.
